This team-based role reports to Senior Team Leaders and involves evaluation, negotiation, and strategy development with owners, C-Suite executives, and key client representatives. Training through JLL University and collaborative market research support growth.

Qualifications

• 0–4+ years of commercial real estate or business-to-business sales experience
• Demonstrable success in business development and sales production
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables

Responsibilities

• Attend JLL University (JLLU), a 10-week training, development, and networking program for new Associate Brokers
• Support senior brokers in initiating business development activities and outreach to new leads (cold calls, warm calls, emails, etc.)
• Work with senior brokers on new business proposals, prepare property summary books, and create new business presentations
• Collaborate with senior brokers to develop materials for clients (lease comparisons, market overviews, prospect or client presentations)
• Shadow senior brokers in transaction negotiation, evaluation, and documentation
• Provide clients with industry and market-specific information and maintain contact information on prospects
• Contribute to local market research requests: market snapshots, market overviews, quarterly market decks, and topic-specific research to support pitches and brokerage opportunities
• Review and understand financial models, cash flow projections, and valuation models
