Job summary

JLL seeks ambitious Associate Brokers to launch or advance careers in commercial real estate brokerage. You will participate in JLL University training, support senior brokers, and develop proposals and client materials.

The role emphasizes relationship building with owners and C‑Suite executives, along with market research and financial analysis. The position offers a structured development path, cross-market exposure, and opportunities to grow within a global real estate leader.

Qualifications

Minimum 0-4+ years of commercial real estate or business-to-business sales experience.
Demonstrable success in business development and sales production.
Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Attend JLL University, a 10-week training and networking program for Associate Brokers.
Support senior brokers in initiating business development and outreach to new leads.
Prepare property summaries and new business presentations.
Collaborate on client materials like lease comparisons and market overviews.
Shadow senior brokers in negotiation, evaluation, and documentation.
Provide market information to clients and maintain prospect contacts.
Contribute to local market research and quarterly market decks.
Review financial models, cash flow projections, and valuation models.
