Job summary

JLL seeks high‑caliber professionals to launch or advance their commercial real estate brokerage careers. While we may not have an immediate opening in every market, we will connect you with opportunities that match your skills and career goals.

This team‑based role requires a strong work ethic and the ability to handle complex transactions. You will interact with owners and C‑suite executives, support proposals, market research, and client presentations, and report to Senior Team Leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 0-4+ years of commercial real estate or B2B sales experience.
• Demonstrable success in business development and sales production.
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Attend JLL University, a 10-week training program for Associate Brokers.
• Support senior brokers in initiating business development activities and outreach.
• Prepare property summary books and create new business presentations.
• Collaborate on client materials such as lease comparisons and market overviews.
• Shadow senior brokers in transaction negotiation, evaluation, and documentation.
• Provide clients with industry and market information and maintain prospect contacts.
• Contribute to market research requests to support pitches and brokerage opportunities.
• Review and understand financial models, cash flow projections, and valuation models.
