Job summary

JLL is seeking an Associate Broker in the United States to launch or advance a commercial real estate brokerage career. You will work with senior brokers on business development, prepare proposals, and help create client presentations.

The role involves analyzing market data, supporting negotiations, and interfacing with high-level client teams. This position offers a structured training path and growth opportunities within JLL's brokerage practice.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 0-4+ years of commercial real estate or business-to-business sales experience.
• Demonstrable success in business development and sales production.
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Attend JLL University (JLLU), a 10-week training, development, and networking program for new Associate Brokers.
• Support senior brokers in initiating business development and outreach to new leads (cold calls, warm calls, emails).
• Work with senior brokers on proposals, prepare property summary books, and create new business presentations.
• Collaborate with senior brokers to develop client materials (lease comparisons, market overviews, client presentations).
• Shadow senior brokers in negotiation, evaluation, and documentation.
• Provide clients with market information and maintain prospect data.
• Contribute to local market research: market snapshots, decks, and topic-specific research.
• Review financial models, cash flow projections, and valuation models.
