Job summary

JLL is seeking a result-oriented Associate Broker in the United States, starting with robust training through JLL University and hands-on support from senior brokers. The role emphasizes initiating business development, outreach to new leads, and preparing market and client-facing materials.

You will interact with owners and C-Suite executives, contribute to financial analyses, and help position JLL on complex real estate transactions. A strong work ethic and analytical mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 0-4+ years of commercial real estate or business-to-business sales experience.
• Demonstrable success in business development and sales production.
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Attend JLL University, a 10-week training, development, and networking program for Associate Brokers.
• Support senior brokers in initiating business development activities and outreach to new leads.
• Work with senior brokers on new business proposals, prepare property summary books, and create new business presentations.
• Collaborate with senior brokers to develop materials for clients (lease comparisons, market overviews, client presentations).
• Shadow senior brokers in transaction negotiation, evaluation, and documentation.
• Provide clients with industry and market information and maintain contact information on prospects.
• Contribute to local market research requests: market snapshots, overviews, quarterly decks, and topic-specific research.
• Review and understand financial models, cash flow projections, and valuation models.
