JLL is seeking ambitious associates to launch or advance their brokerage careers. This entry‑level position involves training through JLL University, supporting senior brokers, and engaging with clients and decision makers across multiple markets.

The role emphasizes business development, deal analysis, and preparation of market presentations. Strong work ethic, communication, and quantitative skills will help you grow in commercial real estate at a globally recognized firm.

Qualifications

• 0–4+ years of commercial real estate or business-to-business sales experience.
• Demonstrable success in business development and sales production.
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Attend JLL University, a 10‑week training program for new Associate Brokers.
• Support senior brokers in initiating business development activities and lead outreach.
• Work with senior brokers on new business proposals and client presentations.
• Collaborate with senior brokers to develop materials for clients (lease comparisons, market overviews).
• Shadow senior brokers in negotiation, evaluation and documentation.
• Provide clients with market information and maintain prospect data.
• Contribute to local market research requests (market snapshots, decks).
• Review and understand financial models, cash flow projections, and valuation models.
