Job summary

JLL is seeking driven candidates to start a commercial real estate brokerage career in a team-based environment. You will participate in JLL University, support senior brokers with new business development, and assist in creating client-focused materials and presentations.

Successful candidates will gain exposure to negotiation, market analysis, and deal execution while collaborating with executives and decision-makers across client organizations.

Qualifications

• 0–4+ years of commercial real estate or business-to-business sales experience.
• Proven success in business development and sales production.
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Attend JLL University, a 10-week training, development, and networking program for Associate Brokers.
• Support senior brokers in initiating business development activities and outreach to new leads.
• Prepare property summary books and new business presentations; develop client materials.
• Shadow senior brokers in negotiation, evaluation, and documentation of transactions.
• Provide market data and insights; contribute to local market research and pitches.
• Review financial models, cash flow projections, and valuation models.
