Job summary

JLL is seeking an aspiring Associate Broker to launch or advance a commercial real estate brokerage career. You will work with senior brokers, participate in a 10-week JLL University program, and help with business development, outreach to new leads, and preparing compelling presentations for clients.

Your role includes collaborating on market research, lease comparisons, and financial analyses to support proposals and negotiations.

Qualifications

• 0–4+ years in commercial real estate or B2B sales.
• Demonstrated success in business development and sales.
• Ability to translate qualitative and quantitative data into strategic deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Attend JLL University training for Associate Brokers.
• Assist senior brokers with business development and outreach to new leads.
• Prepare property summaries, proposals, and client presentations.
• Develop client materials such as lease comparisons and market overviews.
• Support negotiation, evaluation, and documentation with senior brokers.
• Provide market research and financial modeling insights to pitches.
