Job summary

JLL is seeking driven individuals to start or advance careers in commercial real estate brokerage. The role involves supporting senior brokers, performing outreach to prospective clients, and preparing property summaries and client presentations.

A 10-week JLL University program will onboard new associates, with emphasis on market knowledge, negotiation and transaction execution. Ideal candidates have 0–4+ years in CRE or B2B sales, a track record in business development, and strong analytical

Qualifications

0–4+ years of commercial real estate or business-to-business sales experience
Demonstrable success in business development and sales production
Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables

Responsibilities

Attend JLL University, a 10-week training program for Associate Brokers
Support senior brokers in initiating business development activities and outreach to new leads
Work with senior brokers on proposals, market decks, and client presentations
Collaborate to develop materials for clients (lease comparisons, market overviews)
Shadow senior brokers in negotiation, evaluation and documentation
Provide clients with market information and maintain prospect databases
Contribute to local market research requests (market snapshots, decks)
Review financial models, cash flow projections, and valuation models
