Astound is seeking a dedicated team member in Wilsonville, OR to support field operations and customer communications. This entry‑level role focuses on coordinating technician routes, performing pre- and post-installation touchpoints, and ensuring data accuracy in ICOMS.

You will communicate with field staff, maintain schedules, and contribute to a positive customer experience while learning the business in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist with management of customer technician routes.
• Maintain ongoing communication with technicians.
• Complete pre-calls to customers.
• Conduct post-installation surveys.
• Verify integrity of ICOMS accounts against work orders.
• Other duties as assigned.
