• Own the Bridal Category — lead total Bridal performance, sales, and standards.
• Lead Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling execution.
• Build Team Capability through monthly coaching and actionable feedback.
• Activate the Brand Promise by aligning experiences with the Jared brand.
• You Will Help Customers — help customers express individuality and celebrate moments.
• Drive Performance Excellence — improve KPIs like conversion and follow-up.
• Lead and Develop Talent — partner with store leadership to grow Bridal talent.
