David’s Bridal seeks an Alterations Specialist who completes fittings to the brand’s high standards and greets customers with warmth. The role collaborates with stylists to ensure perfect gown fits and delivers an exceptional in-store experience.

You will manage alterations, sewing, steaming and quality checks, maintain a clean alterations room, and help provide five-star service. Retail experience and sewing skills are required, with opportunities to grow with the team.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience required, preferably in bridal and/or special occasion production environment.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm in person, over the phone and online.
• Use systems to manage customer flow to deliver a five-star experience.
• Maintain service levels by being prepared, welcoming, and meeting customer needs.
• Assist stylists in closing sales by advising on gown fit and customization.
• Inspect garments to verify pristine condition before final delivery.
• Maintain alterations room clean and organized and adhere to dress code.
• Perform alterations, fittings, sewing, steaming, pressing and spot cleaning to standards.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly following company guidelines.
• Process transactions accurately at the cash wrap.
• Build long-term relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
