David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to perform fittings and alterations to the highest standards, delivering a five-star customer experience. You will engage with customers across in-store and virtual channels, support stylists, and ensure pristine garment condition throughout the alteration process.

The role requires sewing experience, attention to detail, and a focus on smooth operations and exceptional service for every guest.

• Ability to guide customers through alterations and customization.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide superior service in person, over the phone, or virtually.
• Manage alterations flow and ensure high standards of quality and accuracy.
• Assist stylists in fittings and tailoring discussions.
• Maintain store standards and dress code compliance.
• Complete alterations, sewing, steaming, and finishing to company standards.
