Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty store preferred.
• Prior sewing experience, especially bridal/special occasion, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with fittings over multiple channels.
• Assist stylists to close sales by advising on gown fit and customization.
• Maintain alterations room cleanliness and organize the space.
• Inspect altered garments to ensure pristine condition before delivery.
• Promote alteration services and personalization options to customers.
• Process alterations, sewing, steaming and pressing to company standards.
