David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations to high standards. You will welcome customers, promote alteration services, and assist stylists with gown fit and customization.

The role emphasizes friendly, knowledgeable service, sewing and alteration expertise, and maintaining the alterations room to ensure pristine garments for delivery. This position is part-time with benefits and a strong focus on customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience required, preferably bridal/special occasion.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and resolve questions with clear, courteous communication.
• Assist customers with gown fitting, alterations, and customization options.
• Maintain alterations room and ensure quality control of altered garments.
