David’s Bridal, Inc. is hiring an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations to our high standards. You will greet customers, consult on gown fit, and support stylists in closing sales.

The role focuses on sewing, steaming, pressing, and maintaining a flawless alterations area in a fast-paced retail environment. Applicants should have a high school diploma and 1–2 years in apparel retail; sewing experience is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience required.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers with friendly enthusiasm in person, over the phone, and virtually.
• Assist alterations customers, consult on gown fit and customization, and close sales with stylists.
• Perform alterations, fittings, sewing, steaming, pressing and cleaning to company standards.
• Maintain alterations area and ensure quality control before delivery to customers.
• Provide five-star customer service and resolve issues promptly per policy.
