David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations with exceptional customer service. You will work within the alterations team to ensure garments are prepared to the highest standards and delivered to customers with care.

The role emphasizes friendly, knowledgeable service, bridal alteration expertise, and collaboration with stylists to support sales and customization options. Part-time hours and benefits are offered in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Previous sewing experience required, bridal/spacial occasion production is a plus.
• Experience with computerized POS systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers with friendly enthusiasm and assist via phone, chat, and in-person.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and deliver a five-star experience.
• Maintain store standards and alterations area for a flawless shopping experience.
• Perform alterations, fittings, steaming, and garment care per company standards.
• Assist stylists in closing sales by advising on gown fit and customization.
• Ensure accurate pricing and inventory control for alterations.
