Job summary

David's Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations to high standards, delivering friendly, knowledgeable service. You will be a key member of the store team, helping customers with gown adjustments and personalization.

You will work with stylists to ensure proper fit, maintain a clean alterations space, and uphold pricing and quality standards while building lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior sewing experience, preferably in bridal or special occasion environments.
• Experience with computerized POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm in person, over the phone, and virtually.
• Manage alterations, fittings, sewing, steaming, pressing and spot cleaning to high standards.
• Assist stylists in closing sales via gown fit consultations and customization.
• Maintain alterations room cleanliness and organize workflow.
• Provide exceptional service and build long-term customer relationships.
