Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty store preferred.
• Prior sewing experience required, preferably bridal or special occasion alterations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly enthusiasm in person, over the phone, or online.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver a five-star experience.
• Maintain service levels and ensure alterations and fittings meet company standards.
• Assist stylists with gown fit discussions and customization options.
• Keep alterations room clean, organized, and compliant with dress code policies.
• Inspect garments after alterations to ensure pristine condition before delivery.
