Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations to high standards. You will play a key role in delivering a five-star customer experience by solving problems, collaborating with stylists, and guiding customers through alteration options.

The role requires sewing experience and a friendly, professional demeanor. This is a part-time position with benefits and opportunities to grow within a leading bridal retailer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years retail experience in apparel store environment.
• Prior sewing experience required, preferably bridal/special occasion.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable alterations support.
• Manage alterations, fittings, sewing, steaming and finishing of garments to high quality standards.
• Explain alteration options and upsell services in partnership with stylists.
• Maintain clean, organized alterations room and ensure product quality before delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly per company guidelines.
