David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to deliver exceptional bridal alterations services in person and virtually. You will welcome customers, assess gown fit, and coordinate alterations while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities include guiding customers through alteration options, coordinating with stylists, and ensuring garments are finished to the brand’s standards. Prior sewing experience and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience required, bridal/special occasion environment preferred.
• Experience with computerized POS system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly enthusiasm in person, over the phone, and via chat.
• Manage customer flow to deliver five-star service using store systems.
• Maintain service levels and meet customer needs with preparedness and responsiveness.
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers and support five-star outcomes.
• Address customer concerns confidently and escalate when needed.
• Explain alterations role and promote services and customization options.
• Assist stylists in closing sales by advising on fit and customization.
• Maintain store standards and dress code compliance.
• Escort customers to alterations and ensure pristine condition of garments.
