David's Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations with the utmost quality while delivering superior customer service. You will work with bridal gowns and event attire, advising on fit and customization, and supporting stylists in sales.

The role emphasizes problem solving, friendly communication, and a strong knowledge of alterations processes, with a focus on maintaining a clean, organized alterations area and meeting company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience, preferably bridal or special occasion production.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm in person, over the phone, and via virtual chats.
• Provide exceptional alterations services, fittings, sewing, steaming, and pressing to high standards.
• Assist stylists in closing sales by advising on gown fit and customization.
• Maintain alterations room and ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Resolve customer questions with product and service information and uphold five-star service.
