David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations to high standards. You will deliver friendly, knowledgeable service and support stylists with gown fittings and personalized options. The role emphasizes quality, organization, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.

The position is part-time, with benefits and scheduling that support a positive customer experience while maintaining David’s Bridal standards and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience, preferably bridal/special occasion production.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with alterations needs, delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Manage alterations workflow and keep the area organized and clean.
• Assist stylists with gown fittings and customization discussions.
• Provide five-star customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain pricing and ensure quality control of altered garments.
