David’s Bridal seeks an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations to high standards. You will interact with customers, assist stylists, and ensure a flawless shopping experience while adhering to dress code.

The role supports price accuracy, inventory handling, and quality control from alteration to final delivery. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, resolving issues, and promoting alteration services, with a strong emphasis on service quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent degree.
• 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel/specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience required, bridal or special occasion preferred.
• Experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm via phone, chat or in person and solve problems clearly.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Maintain service levels by preparing, welcoming, meeting needs and being there for customers.
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers and support store Five-Star goals.
• Address customer concerns confidently and collaborate with leadership when needed.
• Explain alterations' role in dress perfection and promote services and personalization.
