Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations to high standards, delivering friendly, knowledgeable service in store and via phone or online chats. You will work with the store team to ensure a five-star customer experience and uphold the brand's service principles.

Responsibilities include welcoming customers, managing alterations flow, coordinating with stylists on gown fit and customization, maintaining the alterations room, and inspecting garments

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience, preferably in bridal or special occasion.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly enthusiasm and resolve conflicts as needed.
• Manage alterations flow and pricing to company standards.
• Assist stylists on gown fit and customization; promote alteration services.
• Maintain alterations room and ensure garments meet quality before delivery.
• Respond to customer questions with product and service information.
