Qualifications

• Experience in capital equipment and/or medical instrument sales.
• Operating room experience and ability to work with surgeons.
• Develop a market for a new product/technology and surgical procedures.
• Familiarity with clinical and economic outcome data, reimbursement, and managed care policies.
• Provide surgical procedure and technical product support in surgery as well as ongoing customer service.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales forecast objectives for capital equipment, consumables and service lines.
• Develop sales plans, perform gap analyses, and create marketing and educational plans.
• Present and sell Hologic value proposition to stakeholders at all levels.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer contacts and decision makers.
• Develop and manage sales funnel with activity tracking and accurate forecasts.
• Provide onsite training and technical support during procedures to ensure proper use of products.
• Attend corporate training, sales meetings, conventions, and in-field development courses.
• Create promotional programs for targeted regional customers and decision makers.
• Give feedback on product performance, competition, and customer satisfaction.
