Job summary

Hologic, Inc. is seeking a field-based sales professional to exceed forecasts for capital equipment, consumables and service products across our Breast & Skeletal Health, Diagnostics, and GYN Surgical Solutions portfolio.

You will develop plans and present the value proposition to surgeons and decision makers, building trusted advisor relationships. The role requires extensive travel up to 50%, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and experience with operating room procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in capital equipment and/or medical instrument sales.
• Operating room experience and ability to work with surgeons.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales forecast objectives for capital equipment, consumables, and service products.
• Develop sales plans, gap analyses, marketing and educational plans.
• Present and sell the Hologic value proposition to multiple stakeholders at all levels.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customer contacts and decision makers.
• Develop and manage sales funnel to analyze, track activity and provide accurate forecasts.
• Provide onsite training and technical support during procedures to ensure proper use of all products.
