Hologic, Inc. is seeking a Breast Surgery Territory Manager for Philadelphia and Eastern PA to drive sales across capital equipment, consumables, and service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in capital equipment and/or medical instrument sales; operating room experience desirable.
• Ability to develop a market for a new product/technology and surgical procedures.
• Familiarity with clinical and economic outcome data, reimbursement, and managed care policies.
• Experience in developing and establishing professional education training courses for surgeons and nursing staff.
• Proven track record of success in complex, matrixed environments; strong negotiation and strategic skills.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales forecast objectives for all products including capital equipment, consumables, and service.
• Develop sales plan, gap analysis, marketing and educational plans.
• Present and sell Hologic value proposition to stakeholders at all levels.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customer contacts and decision makers.
• Identify and establish new prospects and customers; manage the sales funnel with accurate forecasts.
• Provide onsite training and technical support during procedures to ensure proper use of products.
