Job summary

Hologic, Inc. is seeking a driven medical sales professional to grow revenue across Breast & Skeletal Health, Diagnostics, and GYN Surgical Solutions. You will demonstrate our technology in operating rooms and labs, train customers, and build trusted adviser relationships with surgeons and administrators.

This role requires travel up to 50%, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and a proven track record in complex, matrixed sales. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $125,000 plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience in capital equipment and/or medical instrument sales.
• Ability to develop a market based on new product/technology.
• Experience presenting to surgeons and operating room staff.
• Familiarity with clinical and economic outcome data and reimbursements.
• Track record of success in complex, matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales forecast objectives for products including capital equipment, consumables, and service.
• Develop sales plans, gap analyses, and marketing/education plans.
• Present and sell the Hologic value proposition to stakeholders at all levels.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with customer contacts and decision makers.
• Develop new prospects and establish customers.
• Manage the sales funnel, analyze activity, and provide forecasts.
• Leverage cross-functional teams to optimize the customer experience.
• Demonstrate technology in ORs, pathology labs, and breast centers.
• Provide onsite training and technical support during procedures.
• Attend training, meetings, and in-field development courses.
• Create/promote in-field promotional programs for regional customers.
• Provide feedback on product performance and competition; report territory activity.
