Job summary

Hologic, Inc. is seeking a field sales professional to exceed sales forecast objectives across capital equipment, consumables, and service lines.

You will develop trusted advisor relationships with key decision makers and present the value proposition to diverse stakeholders across operating rooms and clinics. The role requires the ability to demonstrate products in surgical settings, train staff, and navigate complex customer environments while achieving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in capital equipment and/or medical instrument sales is desirable.
• Ability to develop a market for a new product/technology and surgical procedures.
• Track record of success achieving business results in complex, matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales forecast objectives for all products, including capital equipment, Consumables and Service product lines.
• Develop and manage sales funnel to analyze, track activity and provide accurate forecasts.
• Present and sell Hologic value proposition to multiple stakeholders at all levels.
• Develop trusted advisor level relationships with key customer contacts and decision makers.
• Provide onsite training and technical support during procedures to ensure proper use of all products.
