Job summary

Menarini Stemline is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales of breast cancer and solid tumor products across designated accounts in the United States. The role emphasizes strategic planning, relationship-building with hospital-based HCPs, and collaboration with the Regional Sales Director to achieve territory revenue goals.

The candidate should have a strong pharmaceutical/biologic background with oncology experience and a proven sales record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical/biologic experience with at least 2 years in oncology.
• Breast Cancer experience preferred (ideally within past 7 years).
• Proven sales track record in the relevant product line.

Responsibilities

• Sell products to all potential and existing customers in designated territory to achieve revenue goals.
• Create strategic business plans for key customer opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with hospital HCPs and customers.
• Track and analyze territory opportunities with Regional Sales Director.
• Provide post-sales support and address customer needs and complaints.
• Plan and monitor all sales cycle events using CRM.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
