Responsibilities

• Supervise breakfast shift operations to meet standards.
• Maintain quality, service, and cleanliness with focus on profitability.
• Coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Assist with crew duties and scheduling to meet guest flow.
• Control inventory to meet food cost standards and assist with counts.
• Ensure cash procedures are followed and cash handling is accurate.
• Lead team meetings and communicate procedures and promotions.
• Hire and develop staff in alignment with company policies.
