Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Breakfast Manager for the Hardee’s location. You will lead the breakfast shift, uphold quality and safety standards, and drive guest satisfaction while managing labor and food costs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferably Valid Driver's License.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Ensure breakfast equipment, ovens, grills, and biscuit station are cleaned and properly maintained.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Assist with crew member duties as needed and schedule to meet guest flow.
• Conduct crew meetings and discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Maintain sufficient product inventory and control breakfast item costs.
