Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Breakfast Manager at Hardee's to supervise the breakfast shift, drive quality, service, and cleanliness, and support profitability through strong leadership.

You will coach and develop crew, manage schedules, control labor and food costs, ensure cash procedures, and uphold HR, sanitation, and safety policies while maintaining professional standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a breakfast shift in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• 18+ years old and able to meet physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Coach, counsel and develop crew; conduct team meetings as needed.
• Schedule staff to operate the restaurant and control labor costs.
• Maintain equipment, cleanliness, and safety procedures.
• Ensure cash handling procedures and state/federal compliance.
