Responsibilities include coaching and developing crew, ensuring proper scheduling to meet guest flow, and adhering to safety, sanitation, and HR policies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of the restaurant during the breakfast shift.
• Assist in achieving breakfast sales growth while maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Maintain breakfast equipment cleanliness and proper operation; store items at end of shift.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted; assist with crew duties.
• Conduct crew meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
