Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands of the role.
• Must be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid driver's license.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Consistent and reliable.
• Cheerful and positive attitude.
• Values teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Maintain breakfast equipment and ensure cleanliness and proper storage.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Assist crew with duties and participate in crew meetings as needed.
• Manage scheduling to ensure guest flow and adequate staffing.
• Control inventory and manage food cost variance for breakfast items.
• Maintain reports and records in line with company standards and regulations.
• Ensure safe, compliant operations and adherence to HR, sanitation, safety policies.
