Boddie-Noell Enterprises is seeking a Restaurant Breakfast Manager for the Hardee's in Jacksonville, NC to supervise the breakfast shift and drive sales while upholding quality, service, and cleanliness. You will lead crew, coach staff, manage inventory and labor costs, and ensure compliance with HR, sanitation, and safety policies.

This role emphasizes teamwork and developing talent within a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Preferably a valid driver’s license.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Consistent and reliable with a cheerful attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Ensure breakfast equipment is cleaned and maintained.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and crew.
• Provide coaching and discipline as warranted.
• Assist with crew duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings on procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Maintain inventory to meet Food Cost Variance standards.
• Prepare reports and records per state and federal regulations.
• Assist with scheduling and labor cost management.
• Hire and train qualified staff in compliance with standards.
