Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Breakfast Manager for Hardee's in Garner, NC. You will supervise the breakfast shift, drive sales growth, and uphold standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and profitability.

You will coach and develop crew, manage inventory and cash procedures, and collaborate with the management team to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction. This role offers weekly pay and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

• At least 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Preferably holds a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of the restaurant during the breakfast shift.
• Assist in achieving breakfast sales growth by maintaining high standards of quality, service, cleanliness, and profitability.
• Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Ensure breakfast equipment and utensils are cleaned, maintained, and stored at shift end.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Conduct crew team meetings on procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Maintain supply of products and items necessary to operate the restaurant.
• Control inventory to meet Food Cost Variance standards and assist with counts.
• Maintain reports and records in compliance with company standards, state and federal regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment with proper maintenance procedures.
• Responsible for all cash; ensure adherence to cash procedures.
• Assist with scheduling sufficient staff to accommodate guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Train and develop crew under management supervision.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring qualified staff.
