Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Breakfast Manager for Hardee's in Elizabeth City, NC. You will supervise the breakfast shift, uphold high standards of quality, service and cleanliness, and drive breakfast sales growth with a constant focus on profitability.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching and training, scheduling, labor control, and compliance with safety and HR policies. A strong team player who can hire, mentor, and develop staff is ideal.

Qualifications

• 1 year of shift management experience
• Ability to lead, recognize, and train successful talent
• Must pass background check and drug screen
• Preferably Valid Driver's License
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Supervise the breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Maintain breakfast equipment and ensure proper cleaning and storage after shift.
• Foster a cooperative relationship with management and crew.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Assist with crew duties as needed.
• Conduct crew team meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, training, etc.
• Maintain adequate supply of products and operate within inventory controls.
• Ensure cash procedures are followed and manage cash.
• Assist with scheduling and labor cost control.
• Help interview and hire staff to meet standards.
