Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Maintain high quality, service and cleanliness with focus on profitability.
• Manage inventory and labor costs to meet Food Cost Variance standard.
• Assist with interviewing and training qualified staff.
• Lead crew meetings and enforce safety and sanitation policies.
