You will coach staff, manage the 4am shift, and support inventory, scheduling, and cost controls to meet profitability goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to lead, recognize, and train staff.
• Pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the restaurant during the breakfast shift and ensure high quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Manage 4am breakfast shift, equipment, and safety compliance.
• Coach, discipline and develop crew; conduct team meetings as needed.
• Assist with scheduling, labor costs, and inventory to meet standards.
• Maintain records, cash handling, and adherence to policies.
