Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of selling or retail experience.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience with the customer always as priority.
• Greet customers, make product recommendations, and upsell.
• Serve as a liaison between vendors, stylists, and store leadership.
• Maintain neat, signed sales floor and execute merchandising initiatives.
• Plan and lead vendor-sponsored events and community engagement.
