Job summary

• Minimum 1 year selling or retail experience required.
• Ability to build relationships and convert customers into clients.
• Comfort with computers, mobile devices, and RF equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience with the customer as priority.
• Greet customers, make product recommendations, and upsell.
• Serve as liaison between vendors, personal stylists, and store leadership.
• Keep sales floor neat, signed, and ready for sales and markdowns.
• Create and implement best practices to drive sales and gross margin.
• Build brand-specific clientele to support local marketing.
• Plan and lead vendor-sponsored customer events with vendor partners.
• Wrap up sales using Macy's POS in a warm, celebratory manner.
• Foster an inclusive environment and authentic connections with colleagues and customers.
