Ben Bridge Jeweler seeks a Brand Service Coordinator to manage the flow and inventory of service materials, parts, equipment, and tools at the 840 After Sales Service Center in Seattle. The role supports in-store watchmakers and coordinates with manufacturers to ensure timely production and accurate stock levels.

You will review service estimates, order parts, maintain stock, track exchanges, and generate inventory reports while ensuring quality standards, schedules, and budgets are met.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in general office or related experience.
• Computer proficiency and general IT aptitude.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Publisher preferred.
• Ability to set up and operate calipers and other simple measuring devices.

Mansioni

• Review service estimates and confer with service managers to determine material and parts required.
• Order and maintain stock levels for high volume parts based on production levels.
• Arrange transfers of parts/stock items and support in-store watchmakers to meet production and job turnaround schedules.
• Coordinate the exchange of parts with manufacturers based on requirements.
• Coordinate tool and equipment repair with appropriate vendors.
• Examine and verify all incoming materials, parts, equipment, tools and submit invoices; report discrepancies.
