Responsibilities

• Maintain Rolex spare parts inventory.
• Weekly parts ordering for jobs and stock.
• Track back orders and inform stores/customers about delays.
• Pull parts for Rolex jobs.
• Maintain link inventory for stores and quarterly inventory.
• Coordinate Rolex exchanges and refinishing.
• Track Rolex job status and service confirmations.
• Create Rolex service invoices and monthly reports.
