Job summary

Ben Bridge Jeweler in Seattle seeks a skilled watchmaker to perform technical repairs and service on multiple brands, conduct water resistance testing, and disassemble/reassemble case components per brand guidelines.

You will ensure repairs meet brand quality standards, meet service turnaround times, and communicate job status to the head watchmaker while collaborating with a team in a trusted, customer‑focused jewelry environment.

Qualifications

• Watchmaking program or equivalent professional experience required.
• Experience adjusting hairspring and escapement on diverse brands.
• Ability to diagnose and service mechanical and quartz watches.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical repair and service on multiple brands per guidelines.
• Perform water resistance testing and replace case gaskets.
• Break down case body and re-assemble as needed.
• Ensure repairs meet brand quality standards.
• Meet assigned service turnaround times.
• Communicate job status updates to head watchmaker.
