You will work with leading brands, create tailored packaging proposals, and collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure seamless outcomes. This role emphasizes relationship building, strategic thinking, and effective pipeline management.

Qualifications

• Understanding how packaging impacts brand perception and customer experience.
• Comfort with discovery calls, pricing conversations, and CRM workflows.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to support accounts.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with top brands to support primary packaging needs as they grow.
• Build genuine, long-term relationships as a trusted packaging partner.
• Own and grow an account portfolio, identifying opportunities in pricing and services.
• Prospect new brands aligned with noissue’s profile and growth goals.
• Reach out to prospective customers with relevant, thoughtful proposals.
• Visit key accounts to understand operations and stay close to their business.
• Create tailored pricing, production, and distribution proposals balancing needs.
