Job summary

Olberding Brand Family is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the on-site advocate for our Creative and Graphic Services divisions. You will manage packaging artwork projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, on-brand delivery under deadline-driven conditions.

The ideal candidate brings strong project management, client service mindset, and experience with packaging design and print production, along with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and office software.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Customer service mindset focused on servicing clients (internal and external).
• Assertive, process-oriented, proactive problem solving.
• Strong communication with listening and information-sharing skills.
• Knowledge of consumer products packaging, design, production artwork, and print production.
• Proficiency with Apple OS and business tools like Office, FileMaker Pro and Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Manages end-to-end execution of consumer packaging graphics projects, ensuring on-time and on-brand delivery.
• Gathers information and materials, routes, tracks and executes projects.
• Maintains written communication within the order entry system.
• Champions color development standards and brand intent across artwork pieces.
• Builds strong relationships with cross-functional teams (OBF, Clients, Printers).
• Ensures project feasibility and documentation to support timely delivery.
