Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Packaging Sales, Packaging Development, or Packaging Production.
• Direct experience selling packaging solutions for Apparel, Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, Wellness, Accessories, or Consumer Goods brands.
• Established network of relationships within these industries for business development.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business with brands in Apparel, Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, Wellness, Accessories, and Consumer Goods.
• Leverage existing industry relationships to open doors and generate opportunities.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers across Packaging Development, Product Development, Sourcing, Procurement, Production, Brand Marketing, and Supply Chain.
• Grow and expand strategic customer accounts.
• Identify cross-sell and new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies.
• Present packaging solutions, negotiate pricing, and close business.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and accurate forecasting in Salesforce.
• Partner with Product Development, Customer Service, Operations, Production, and our Hong Kong teams.
• Serve as a trusted packaging resource throughout development from concept to production.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
