Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Brand Manager to lead store talent development, build a high-performing team, and drive exceptional customer experiences. You’ll recruit, train, and empower staff while collaborating with Clinical services to deliver seamless eye-care services.

The role involves managing operations, ensuring on-time orders, maintaining brand standards, and contributing to growth initiatives in a fast-paced retail environment. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years store management experience.
• ABO/NCLE certification is preferred and should be earned within the first year.
• Three+ years leadership in a fast-paced retail environment is expected.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a diverse team.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development, partner with Recruiting Department.
• Build strong partnerships with Clinical services.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff meet goals.
• Communicate effectively with Support Center and HR.
• Oversee eyewear assembly and delivery processes for on-time orders.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab area and report issues.
• Track delivery times to customers to ensure 100% reliability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
